Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proven experience in product management or product ownership
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and software development processes
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Certified Practitioner) is a plus
